MEET HANNAH
Hannah is a Registered Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist. She also offers massage therapy to her clients, using a combination of relaxation and deep tissue technique.
Hannah offers a holistic and functional approach to medicine and well-being from her home studio in South Waikato and conducts both in person and online consultations with her clients.

Hannah is a Registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with NMHNZ. This means she meets (and maintains) the qualifications necessary to practice as a Naturopath and Herbalist. She is a registered member of various Nutraceuticals and Functional Medicine companies to provide relevant testing and therapeutic dosing to clients.

Support with hormonal imbalances relating to thyroid function, menstruation and symptoms of mood changes, weight gain and implication of stress

We offer support to clients who suffer with frequent colds, infections including UTI's and thrush, wound healing and allergies

Idenitfying symptoms relating to fatigue such as constant tiredness, lack of motivation, poor memeory function and concentration. Personalised herbal formulations, diet and lifestyle are noted in order to relieve fatigue in the body
Insomnia
We work with clients who have issues with falling asleep, staying asleep and waking rested. We also acknowedge the effects of poor sleep resulting in , fatigue and onset of mood disorders.
